WELTON continued on their travels away from West Clewes and came across a strong, in-form Wellington side that have been on a role with their recent goal-scoring exploits.
Saturday was Welton's turn to be on the received end.
First-half strikes from Darren Stone, Scot Holland and Shane Kingston gave the home side a three-goal lead at the break.
Welton responded at the start of the second half and were unlucky not to reduce the deficit, but further goals from Simon Ingram and Kingston saw Wellington deservedly take the points and take their goal scoring tally to 13 goals in eight days.
