Pub theatre is back for Christmas with Festive Stockings, four sharp, sweet and tangy seasonal plays written by local writers and performed by professional actors at The Cornerhouse, Frome, on Thursday, December 19 and Friday, December 20.

Nevertheless Productions, run by Frome playwrights Rosie Finnegan and Crysse Morrison, has teamed up with Stepping Out Theatre Company to make this their best Christmas production yet, with selected scripts especially written by Alison Clink (right), Eddie Young, Tim Addams, and Emma Stadon.

If you saw Flaming Crackers last year you will be delighted that the team of Danann McAleer, Olivia Dennis, and Gerard Cooke are performing again, joined by Kim Hicks.

Performances start at 8pm and tickets are £5 on the door. To book in advance call the Cornerhouse on 01373 472042.
