Have you vowed to lose weight and get fit in 2014?
If so, we want to hear from you.
The Somerset Guardian has teamed up with South Wansdyke Sports Centre to offer three readers the chance to change their ways next year to get healthy and active.
The Slim2Win challenge will see three people go head-to-head to improve their health, with the help of a personal trainer.
It runs for three months from January, and at the end the contestant who has improved the most will win free gym membership with the Aquaterra-run centre for a year, plus extra prizes.
Each of the three competitors will be given full access to the Midsomer Norton centre gym for the duration of the challenge, with personal training sessions and help with exercise programmes and diet plans.
Halfway through the 12-week process, each contestant will also get a free Shrinking Violet body wrap treatment courtesy of Ling-Chi Holistic Health.
The deadline for registrations is Thursday, January 2, when a panel of judges will pick the three contestants.
If chosen, your progress will be documented in the Guardian. To enter go to Slim2Win or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, contact number, why you would like to be involved and a recent photo.
